This sauce was a one-shot miracle.

During lockdown, leftover chile de Árbol peppers and a craving for tacos al pastor sparked a single batch — no tweaks, no second guesses.

The response was instant. Friends and family begged us to bottle it, so in November 2022 we did — and it’s still the same as Day One.
